San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

January 2019

2019 New Year's Eve destination was chosen: Chile. For my whole life, I used to spend New Year's Eve in my hometown in Rio de Janeiro, so this was officially the first time I went abroad on this special date. San Pedro de Atacama was always one of those trips that my girlfriend and I have been thinking and planning a lot over the last few years but for some reason, we've never made it. And now, I can clearly say that postponing this trip was one of the biggest mistakes ever. San Pedro de Atacama is a Chilean town and commune in El Loa Province, Antofagasta Region. We arrived on December 31 and spent 5 fantastic days surrounded by nature in the middle of the desert.
All photos were taken with an iPhone 7.
